Services Offered

Janitorial Services

Pricing begins for light cleaning of a small room $100/per session to maintain a hygienically clean environment, with service which includes dusting, mopping, and sanitization, tailored to your facility's needs.

Laundry Wash and Fold

Per pound, with a minimum of $35 per load—ideal for large-scale laundry needs in dorms or institutional settings.

Move-in or Move-out Cleaning:

Per dorm, commercial spaces, or offices. Includes eco-friendly cleaning with non-toxic commercial grade products to sanitize all surfaces.

Dry Cleaning

Per item, offering eco-friendly dry cleaning for staff uniforms, event attire, or specialty garments.

Additional Fees and Policies

Taxes: A 7% sales tax applies to all services in Bradenton, FL.
Service Charge: A 5% service charge will be added to all invoices for administrative and logistics costs.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $50 fee.
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking for large services, including deep cleaning and event cleaning. This deposit will be credited toward your final balance but is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 48 hours of the service.

In addition to standard cleaning services, private high school boarding facilities often benefit from the following:

Laundry Bag Purchase: Schools can offer students durable, reusable laundry bags for $15 each.
Laundry Delivery: Convenient door-to-door laundry delivery for $20 per delivery within a 5 mile radius from Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton.

These added services help streamline laundry management and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the school environment.
